On Tuesday, June 7th, our Financial Services team had the opportunity to present to the New York Chapter of the Financial Executives Alliance, a leading Hedge Fund Peer Group on a topic we feel is often overlooked at the C-Suite level. Indemnification provided to corporate officers at the fund and management company level and the various nuances that exist. Further, we discussed the various insurance implications and the importance of Side A DIC coverage.
