- 14% of Private companies and nonprofits indicated that they had increased the total amount of insurance purchased at time of renewal;
- Regulatory claims once again topped the list of the top three (3) D&O Liability concerns, with an 81% response rate; &
- The scope of coverage for directors was considered the most important aspect of the organizations D&O Insurance Program.
